Introduction: This qualification is suitable for those preparing for work in the modern office or business environment. It is also suitable for the self employed who want to improve their business and accounting skills.

Duration: 2 Years, part time.

• Spreadsheet Methods
• Book-keeping Manual & Computerised
• Payroll Manual & Computerised
• Customer Service
• Marketing Practice
• An Appropriate approved module

Important: (subjects offered will depend on demand)
Completion of 8 modules is required for a full award

Eligibility: This course is run under the BTEI scheme. Free tuition is available for those with less than leaving certificate education or who are in receipt of social welfare or hold a current medical card. For those who do not qualify for free tuition a fee will apply.

Entry Requirements:   There are no specific entry requirements for this course but it would be advisable to discuss your options with the Adult Guidance Service before embarking on this or any course.
