The County Waterford VEC in collaboration with Waterford Leader Partnership Ltd have been busy preparing for the upcoming education and training event which will be held at Lawlor's Hotel, Dungarvan on Friday April 30th 2010, from 10am to 4.30pm

This event will host all of the local education providers along with providers from the surrounding counties. A member of the VEC grants team will be on hand to answer third level and post leaving certificate grant queries. The Department of Social and Family affairs will also be in attendance to offer advice on financial supports which may be available for adults who wish to return to learning.

The County Waterford Adult Guidance Team will be providing free workshops on the day for adults who are thinking about returning to education at 11.30am and 2.30pm.
