Coláiste Chathail Naofa is located on Youghal Road, Dungarvan. The Principal of the School is Pat Buckley and the deputy principal is Moira Dunford. Coláiste Chathail Naofa is a co-educational, non selective school which welcomes pupils of all religious denominations. The school seeks to provide an environment in which students find encouragement to develop moral values, community responsibility and enhanced personal and social skills. Students are encouraged to strive for the highest standards of excellence of which they are capable in all aspects of their school activities.

The school recognises the complementary roles of parents, teachers and ancillary staff in these goals and aspirations. The diversity of the school curriculum, support structures and the variety of programmes offered should enable students to develop skills necessary for satisfying personal, social and working lives, enabling them to become responsible and adaptable adults.
